A family celebration for 14, a mix of vegetarian and meat curry dishes made including naan & peshwari naan bread and pickles.

A private dinner to celebrate and say good bye to a housemaster.  Traditional Italian dinner which included lasagne and an Italian trifle.

My client was celebrating his 30th birthday and asked for a Chinese meal.  I sent through 9 dishes and asked him to choose.  Josh chose them all!!  Cooking on site at the house they had rented, each dish was prepared and then served.  A fantastic evening, and a round of applause by the guests was the icing on the cake for me.

Seven tapas dishes which included patatas bravas, Spanish stuffed peppers, home baked Focaccia bread, ham & cheese croguettes, spiced chicken wings and sauteed chorizo in red wine.

I was asked to provide breakfast, lunch and supper for a group of ladies celebrating a 60th birthday.  Providing a healthy breakfast which included homemade granola, home baked breads and home made jams.  Dinner was an Asian affair and included Thai chicken curry.

My client wanted a full chef service where I cooked on site at her home.  French onion soup as a starter, followed by Beef Bourguignon with garlic mashed potatoes, & glazed roasted vegetables.  Dessert was lemon posset with home baked shortbread, and to finish a savoury cheesecake with biscuits, grapes, celery & apples.
